Where We Ship We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Shipping Times Most orders arrive within 5-7 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability.
Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on all orders $15.00 and over (exclusions apply — see below)
- Grooming supplies purchased alone ship at a flat rate of $4.99
- Grooming supplies bundled with other items that total $15.00 or more qualify for free shipping
- Orders under $15.00 are subject to standard shipping rates calculated at checkout
Large & Heavy Item Exclusions Free shipping does not apply to large or heavy items. These products will display their applicable shipping rate at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
